The check-in process is a confusing maze!!! Why can't they accept more card types at that machine? Plus, room air conditioning is inconsistent at best, leaving guests sweltering in discomfort!!!

The rooms are functional with an ample bathroom and our experience is wonderful. It has great and amazing setting to the town's center.

Check-in was a bit tricky since I couldn't access the automated machine easily, and it didn't accept my payment card initially. Once in, the room was quite spacious and clean, with a lovely kitchenette. Proximity to Chateau Fontainebleau was fantastic-it was a quick walk. Breakfast had a nice selection of items in a pleasant area. I wish there were more clarity on check-in times in the email. The hotel was good for a short stay, especially for those wanting to explore nearby attractions.

It was new-fashioned, fashionable and with all the essentials. This was a great and amazing location adjacent to gardens, a boulangerie and wide selection of restaurants, and the centre. Tried some nice meals at L'axel, located right next to the hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the castle and local shops. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of items, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The card payment system was confusing.

The room's lack of USB charging ports was inconvenient, but the accessibility to attractions made it worthwhile. Clean facilities and helpful staff enhanced our experience during our visit to the chateau.

The proximity to Fontainebleau Castle made it easy to explore with our teenagers. Plus, the room was spacious enough for our family, and we appreciated the kitchenette.

Thoroughly pleased

The Triple Room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. It had a nice setup with a double bed and a single, giving us enough room to move around. Plus, it was close to everything we wanted to see. We had a comfortable stay, especially with plenty of parking available on site. I did wish there were more milk options for tea in the room. A great spot for our short trip!

Campanile boasts an excellent location, just a short stroll from the Chateau and the city center. The room offered ample space, and the breakfast was quite good in a bright, enjoyable setting. Plus, the friendly atmosphere.

This place was a strong match for our trip in Fontainebleau with real value for money. The room offered ample space, making it easy to unpack and settle in. Remember to bring your own iron as there are only a few in the hotel.
